The Wall
A great and super clean workspace—all cables are hidden under the desk via cup hooks and wall mounts. The gear includes a MacBook, Axiom49 and Z-4i speakers, and a Samsung 205BW monitor.

I believe that in order to create the inspiring, you must first be inspired (no, this is not yet another CSS gallery for you to rip designs from, sorry). I'm talking about your work environment.
Granted, a good environment and a sweet setup might not turn you into a digital-age Leonardo da Vinci, but it sure could make your project more fun. And even if you're a mere mortal and cannot afford your own Conference Bike, that doesn't mean you can't drool at somebody else's.
With that said, keep an eye out here at WorthWorkingFor.com, featuring workspaces that making working worth the work (I would trademark that, but I'm saving up for a conference bike).
Sincerely,
The Management
P.S. If you have your own sweet setup or know about one, feel free to give me a shout at elliot (at) elliotswan.com.

I’m not sure words could really describe this setup other than, that’s one massive tower.

Today’s setup comes from web developer Tim Novinger, who was kind enough to send me some info on his setup.
First, the specs;
20″ Apple Cinema Display
15″ Late 2008 MacBook Pro sitting on an Mstand from Rain Design
15″ PowerBook G4 FW800 Sitting on an External Dual Layer DVD drive
Apple Aluminum Keyboard
Dell Bluetooth Mouse2 External USB 320GB drives
1 External FW400 80GB drive

And the kicker:
Both systems are operated with the same keyboard and mouse setup, using Synergy KM to tie it all together. Proximity.app is also used in conjunction with my iPhone 3G to detect when I’m nearby via Bluetooth and is in charge of running AppleScripts to play/pause iTunes, lock/unlock screensaver and set all chat clients away/back.
